Dual screens. If web browsing on the non-primary screen, then all menues,
either from the program or from right clicking, appean on the other screen.

I am typically seeing this on my laptop that has an external screen connected
and running an extended desktop. 2nd screen can be set to any side of the
primary screen and the effect is the same. My home desktop also runs two
screens and sees the same problem.

No problem if the window is running on the main screen. (primary screen as set
in display properties, settings)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hook up monitor to laptop (or dual video cards and screens on desktop)
2. Go to Display settings
3. Activate 2nd screen
4. choose extend desktop (i.e. both screens do NOT show the exact same immage)
5. open firefox and more to screen that is NOT the primary screen
6. Typically I am running in Full screen (but this does not matter)
7. Click any options that have a menu, or right click, does not matter.

this will reflect in the menu being on the other screen.

Actual Results:
All menus will appear on the other screen from where the window is.

Right click will not be at the point of click, and drop-down menus do not drop down.

Expected Results:
appeared (on the correct screen) where you are performing the action.
