1. Open the bookmark sidebar (Cmd+B).
2. Drag a bookmark in the sidebar from one place to another.

Expected: the bookmark moves.

Result: the bookmark moves and gets opened.

It seems like the bookmark is receiving an onclick after being dragged.  This
also happens to bookmark folders: dragging an expanded bookmark folder collapses
it in addition to moving it, and vice versa.
