multibyte character in context menu display error when I upgrade Deer Park

I use a bookmark extension, when I right-click, it display a option to "add the
link to xxx site" (such as del.icio.us) in the context menu. the character
display in the menu is multibyte encoded. 

When I upgrade my Deer Part Alpha 1 to alpha2,the text show incorrect. After I
 uninstall the extension and reinstall it, the text in context menu will come
back correct

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Deer Part Aplha 1
2. install http://id.eyou.com/extensions/eyou_extension/eyou_extension.xpi
(chinese zh_CN.GB2312 environment)
3. view the add-in option in your context menu
4. uninstall Deer Part Alpha 1, then install Deer Part Aplha 2;or install Deer
Part Aplha 2 directly without uninstall alpha1
5. you will see the add-in option display abnormally

Actual Results:  
I cannot recognise the option that I want select
