after closing all windows in deerpark, you cannot open new ones. command-n is
recognized, but new windows are never drawn. clicking on the 'window' menu
reveals that there are null, or blank entries in the menu (will attach a screenshot)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open deerpark
2. close the window
3. command-n for new, or file -> new window

Actual Results:
no new window appears

Expected Results:
a new window should be drawn and be usable

Do you see this same behavior with a new profile? Also, how are you attempting
to open another window when you have all of your windows closed?

Bug 294041 describes something similar, when there is a docked (minimized)
window. Mitchell - are you sure this is not the case?
at least on the trunk, wfm.

this is still broken for me (with a new profile as well) on trunk build 20050717.

re: #2, it fails to spawn a new window for me from either command-n or file ->
new window (see my original comments).

re: #3, no, the windows are not minimized when i try to spawn new ones; there
are _no_ windows when i try to spawn new ones.

as far as i can remember, it happens before i install extentions (i don't
install themes, as it makes deerpark spawn the bloody update checker window).

the only thing i can think of that link the two profiles together is the fact
that i have imported my safari bookmarks both times, but i can't think that
would have anything to do with it...
