Seems like firefox has developed a number of problems of late.

1. Startup time has gone to about 3 minues

2. Memory usage has exceeded 100Mbytes per window

3. After the firefox starts and chews up 100Mb if you click say the Tools menu 
button .. it hangs for at least 3/4 minutes (Pentium-4 2Ghz 512 Mb memory)

100% reproducible.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start firefox (home page set to www.mrsapo.com
2. takes about 4 minutes to come up
3. click any button ..

Actual Results:  
Firefox hangs for > 3-4 minutes

Expected Results:  
should be instantanrous
