301021 - unable to accept cookies when signing into EBay

I'm unable to sign into EBay.  When I enter my user name and password I get a
message "Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to locate page.  This
may be caused by cookies that are blocked."  I went into tools - options -
privacy - cookies.  "Allow sites to set cookies" is CHECKED.  What else do I
need to do to unblock my cookies?

I see this behaviour when I have changed the value of
network.http.redirection-limit. Default is 20.

Why did I recieve an e-mail today with this page attached???????

I see nothing that helps me fix the problem I'm having signing into "my ebay".

Is there anyone really working on this for me??????????????

Because [e-mail] added his/her email to the cc list and you have
bugzilla configured to send you email when someone adds themself to the cc list.

Bugs are not to help _you_ fix _your_ problem, bugzilla is not a support forum
(use http://forums.mozillazine.org for support). Bugzilla is for reporting and
fixing bugs in mozilla products (such as firefox).

Probably not, the bug has not been confirmed and the information given in the
initial comment is not really sufficient to narrow down the problem (if there is
actually one)

Please answer the following:
o In about:config (type into location bar) what is your value of
network.http.redirection-limit?
o Is ebay listed in the sites you are blocking cookies from, what happens if you
clear the list of sites completly?
o Does the problem persit if your clear your cache and your history?
o Does the problem occur if you create a new profile for firefox?
o Does the problem occur if firefox is started in safe mode?
