for example, first news account called 'test1' have news server addres 192.168.29.3
And second news account called 'test2' have news server addres 192.168.29.3
Both account have same news groups subcription (difference between test1 and
test2 in user identity details)
Order of account creation is test1, test2
Second account work. But first account permanently ask for news group subscription

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create first news account
2. Create second news account
3. Read messages in first account
