User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5

On the top of the page there is a newline (running line) which updates every 2
seconds and every two second the page twitching.
It's javascript bug, because if I disable javascript the newsline stops running
and the page stops twitching.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just visit www.pascalgamedevelopment.com

Expected Results:
The page starts twitching.
Summary: when page rendering it's twitching → when page rendering it's twitching.
The text scrolls a bit faster than in IE; that's the only difference I see at
first glance.
When bookmark is empty and shown, some pages create a twitching effect (in which
the browsing window is oscillates one pixel in height). The result is a
flashing and moving of objects within the browser window by one pixel. Hiding
the bookmark toolbar or adding a bookmark to the toolbar provides a workaround.

The browser seems to be more of a factor than the page. I have reproduced the
issue on the reported URL (http://www.pascalgamedevelopment.com/) as well as
Google (http://www.google.com) and Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org).
Specifically, going to a web page with the Bookmarks Toolbar showing, then
removing all bookmarks reliably reproduces the issue for me.

Running FireFox 1.0.6 on Windows XP Service Pack 2 on an AMD64. This issue did
not appear very shortly after upgrading to 1.0.6. The only plugins installed
are FasterFox, DOM Inspector and AdBlock.
I personally can't reproduce this.
Reporter, do you still see this bug (you may want to try the latest Firefox 3)?
