The update notification icon isn't visible, it's replaced by a button without
borders.
It's also possible to move this "button" by moving the personal toolbar or the
throbber icon (but it was perhaps already possible without this bug).
Already there in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8b3)
