The survey (and all like it on our system) proceed fine with no errors. After
submitting the survey the final page will show server-side processing complete
(in there for debugging purposes).
If you leave that there and use a new tab to navigate to another web site (eg
from the links bar) then all is well. However if you navigate to another site on
the same tab then all seems well and you can follow links etc but after about
five seconds Firefox crashes - the error is in ntdll.dll it says.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.demographix.com/surveys/AKGW-YHSN/SS9YF6NR/
2. Complete the survey
3. When you get the text "server-side processing complete" click on a link on
the links toolbar or enter a URL in the address bar to navigate in that tab to
another page (doesn't matter which site it is). 
4. Click on links on the new site.
5. Within about five seconds Firefox will crash. 

Actual Results:  
Firefox generates an error and then closes down.

Expected Results:  
You should be able to continue browsing without an error.

Trying to work around this problem I think Firefox doesn't seem to like a form 
in a frame being submitted to a URL in its parent:

<form name="answersform" method="post" action="/surveys/response.asp" 
target="_parent">

This results in the form being submitted and the form data being processed in 
the asp part of response.asp but as soon as any HTML is encountered it crashes.
