I think the Myspell Directory should be moved to the Profile.
Every time I update the Build, I have to copy the non-US Dictionary Files to the
my myspell directory, So I think the files would be better to manage in the Profile

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the Application dir


Actual Results:  
See that the Dictionary Files are stored there

Expected Results:  
Dictionary Files should be stored in the Profile
