While downloading more than ONE component, Firefox download manager reports
incorrect percentile (%) completed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start download a component 
2. After some time, before the first download get finishes, start the second
download
3.Look at the download manager window for incorrect report. 

Actual Results:  
Download manager reports data that is incorrect
