If you go to www.Yogamotion.com, then open a new blank tab, the srolling marque
stays on the page in the new tab.  It will not go away.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to: www.yogamotion.com
2.Then open a blank new tab
3.

Actual Results:  
scrolling marque stays on the blank page, or if you go to a new site on the new
tab, it says as well.

Expected Results:  
Not show the marque.

It scrolls down with the page as well.
