I have latest version of Firefox browser in several computers and do not have a
profile manager in any of them. All I see are Firefox and Firefox safe mode. I
do have a profile manager in Thunderbird. I have tried run cmd as follows: 
firefox.exe -profilemanager and get a not found message. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start/Programs/Mozilla Firefox/Mozilla Firefox

Actual Results:  
The Mozilla browser started 

Expected Results:  
It should have asked me which profile I would like.

Using the command line I am able to access the profile manager -> WFM

If you are asking for it to be shown by default then that is bug 288458 which is
wontfix.
