Description

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; N; Win95; en-US) Mozilla/m13
BuildID: 2000022820

The first time (and the first time only) I look at the bottom of the page in the
URL listed, the address (contained within <address></address> tags) is written
left justified on top of the graphic image which is left-justified. Scrolling
up and then scrolling down solves the problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch Mozilla
2. go to http://www.ovc.edu/guestbook/index.htm
3. scroll to bottom of page

Actual Results: Initially the page address overwrote the graphic to its left.

Expected Results: The page address should have been to the right of the
left-justified graphic.
