When launching a new tab on a link (for instance, middle click), if multiple
tabs are open, the closing of any tab to the right of others will bring to the
foreground the tab immediately to the left. Frequently through whatever pattern
I use when browsing the web I end up with an undesired tab in focus. Make this
configurable?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start with a web page with links
2.Open a new tab with a link
3.Open another tab with another link from page (1) (assumes new tabs go to
background)
4.Flip to tab (3)
5.Decide that you don't like that content, close tab 3

Actual Results:
Frustration that tab (2) comes up instead of tab (1), causing you to lose time
in your search for relevant materials included on page (1)

Expected Results:
Gone back to the caller page. Though I admit this is fully subjective to the
user's preference, which is why, wowzee, I think it should be a preferences setting!
