The left side of the page has a navigation bar which includes search and a table
of contents. Most of the elements in this navigation bar should change
appearance when the mouse is moved over them but they do not respond when I
visit the page with Firefox. On the page, the following items should update:

1. The 'sync toc' link
2. The 'x' button
3. All the entries in the table of contents.

The first two items should have a purple-ish background and a outline, while the
elements in the list should have a dark grey background with a black outline.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
The website in question is gone.

Also, I personally didn't have problems like these with MSDN in the latest Firefox versions.
