I just downloaded Deer Park Alpha 2 and when I go to Tools->Options, the whole
options window does dot show up, I can only see the three buttons at the bottom
and the text for the tabs at the top, and everything else including the actual
window is transparent, so all I see is the buttons and the tab text on top of
what ever page I have open. I can click the buttons, and they seem to work fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install "Deer Park Alpha 2"
2.Open "Deer Park Alpha 2"
3.Goto "Tools" and select "Options..."

Actual Results:  
See Details Above

Expected Results:  
Should have properply displayed the options Window.

Are you using a compatible theme? Many themes are not updated for 1.1 and do not
have the images needed for the new Preferences UI.

Theme bugs are INVALID.  Unless Deer Park ignored MaxVersion, but that's another
bug.
