Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050715 Firefox/1.0+ any url upon entry to view | page source, the edit command does not have copy greyed out - even though nothing has been selected. cut, undo, redo, delete, paste should also be greyed out, as they are after a selection has been made.
Yes, I see the same. In order to see the menu-items greyed out you need to click in the field first. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050719 Firefox/1.0+ ID:2005071901
Regressed somewhere between 26 April and 14 May 2005 (I don't know if this is important to know).
not sure when fixed, but problem is gone in FF2 and current trunk
