User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5 When I try to login with my client number and password (Top right hand corner of the page), I hit the enter button on the page and the page simply refreshes, it does not connect me to the internet banking system. If I do the same in Internet Explorer, then I get the message 'connected' in the login area and the lower part of the page displays my bank account details. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Enter client login details 2.Press enter 3. Actual Results: The browser represents the home page but fails to log me in. Expected Results: Display the message 'connected' in the login area and the lower part of the page should display my bank account details. I am using MS XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 2

No reply, INCO. Please reopen if you are seeing this in Firefox 3.5.2 or later in Firefox safe mode and a new profile with the latest plugins. http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles
