On the "Recycling in Hampshire" section of the Project Integra
<http://www.integra.org.uk> website, neither the waste icons nor the icon key
(accessible via the link above) function in Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.integra.org.uk/recycling
2. Click on any location on the interactive map to go to its waste information page.
3. Click on either the "Icon Key" link or roll your mouse over the waste icons
on this page.

Actual Results:
Clicking on "Icon Key" link: The text 'javascript:void(0)' appeared in the
statusbar, but nothing else happened.
Rolling the mouse over the waste icons: No tooltips were displayed.

Expected Results:
The "Icon Key" link should have opened a popup window with a key describing the
different waste icons.
Rolling the mouse over the waste icons should have displayed tooltips describing
the symbols.
> The "Icon Key" link should have opened a popup window with a key describing the

I think there is a JS error here.

There are no tooltips in the source, so where would they come from? the Alt tag
is not meant to be a tooltip - IE does this, but it is not in the W3 spec.

This looks like Tech Evang. to me.
Interestingly enough, an email arrived in my inbox a few weeks ago, from
'integra@hants.gov.uk' (The 'contact us' link on the Integra home page sends
mail to this address). The email stated that the Project Integra website was W3
compliant, but Comment #1 clearly shows that this is false. It also mentioned
that the Integra website had been superseded by a 'Recycle for Hampshire'
website, at <http://www.recycleforhampshire.org.uk>, but this is also false,
because the website has a link to the Integra site on its home page! I am
disgusted by the response I received from the obviously IE-bound Hampshire
County Council, because it was months overdue, and packed with lies. I clearly
stated that there was a Javascript problem in the site and "alt" tags were being
used incorrectly, but they took no notice. I hope you can contact them and sort
out the situation.
PS: If you get no response from 'integra@hants.gov.uk', try sending mail to
'info.centres@hants.gov.uk'
Based on comment #2, I'm confirming this as TE. So at least we know about it.

Altering summary to make it easier to find by URL
Summary: "Project Integra Hampshire Waste Management" website does not load waste icon key or show tooltips for waste icons → integra.org.uk - Does not load waste icon key or show tooltips for waste icons (Project Integra Hampshire Waste Management)
Development of <http://www.integra.org.uk> has been abandoned a long, long time ago. Maybe we should look at <http://www.recycleforhampshire.org.uk> and see if the content is the same.
Changing status of this bug to "RESOLVED WONTFIX" as the website http://www.integra.org.uk has been redirecting to a new location with different content for quite some time so it is unlikely this bug will ever be reproduced in future.
