If a calender you subscribe to for some reason disappears (i.e., you get a 404
when try to download it) the 'spinning wheel' indicating that something is
happening (downloading a calender in this case) never stops spinning.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a calender that does not exist (you must get a 404-error)
2. Notice how the spinning wheel continues to spin after you dismissed the error
dialog
3.

Expected Results:
Maybe an exclamation mark or something like that should appear next to the name
of the calender that is causing problems.
