We have a website that uses HTMLArea in its CMS. While HTMLArea has been
looking/working fine in Firefox for a long time, Camino borks the way it looks a
little by displaying the scrollbar widget where it should not. I'll upload two
images soon that should explain the problem.
The problem seems to arise when the source code (or, probably, the WYSIWYG view)
doesn't fit in its frame initially, causing scrollbars to appear. For example,
http://www.dynarch.com/demos/htmlarea/examples/core.html doesn't show this problem.

Is this a Cocoa widget bug or "bug 187435 and friends" or something else? (I do
see it; I just don't know if it's a dupe of any of the existing "extra
scrollbars" or not.)

Might be, actually. Especially if that's the only thing that differs between
Gecko in FF/Mac and Gecko in Camino.
