Details

When generating request notification email, as to drivers@mozilla.org, it would
be  very useful for the request mail to have more detail about the request:

- Product/Component of the bug
- Keywords
- What the bug blocks

If it's a request related to an attachment, it would also be good to have:

- Who attached it, and when
- The other flags that are set on the attachment (r+ blizzard, sr+ shaver, etc.)
