This tracker is should reference all bugs blocking SeaMonkey 1.0 Alpha which can
not have the blocking-seamonkey1.0a keyword set (i.e. that are filed in other
bmo products).

Only SeaMonkey Council members (plus ajschult as QA head) should set
dependencies here, anyone wanting to nominate bugs please comment in this bug,
noting the nomination.
Only bugs that hold back the alpha release and really need to fixed, as the
alpha would be useless without it, should block this bug!

We can set the keyword on everything we need now, I think (core, nspr, nss,
mozilla localizations, mas, composer, other apps, toolkit, update), and the
BugZilla change is no hard blocker, so closing this bug as INVA.
