The URL above is a test file made by me to show you this problem. A marquee is
inside a table, and when the table width is specified, it will caused the bottom
to display much more line, hence make the page look weird. If the table width is
remove, it will be ok. However, the problem will turn to the marquee content
display. This problem is not found on IE.

Please test with trunk builds before filing layout issues, thanks. 1.0.6 is
based on gecko 1.7 which is over one year old.
