switching tab creates dotted line inside switched-to tab, which disappears after
a bit. new to d.p.a2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab
2. Switch to the old one
3. Observe ugly dotted border
4. Give focus to <input> of some sort
5. Observe lack of ugly dotted border
Actual Results:  
3. ugly dotted border
5. no ugly dotted border

Expected Results:  
not displayed any ugly borders, as in firefox 0.8 > dpA1

using default theme with the following extensions:

I see this in safe mode on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050720 Firefox/1.0+ ID:2005072006

Have the page focused when you click to a new tab. The new page becomes focused,
but the tab you clicked on gets a focus ring. Pressing left/right etc do not
switch tabs as they do when tabs are focused.

Personally I think that the dotted lines should only be shown when tabbing into
a tab using the keyboard. Like other win apps
