301477 - image zoom cursor does not change after resizing browser window

Both Trunk and 1.0 Branch.
(couldn't find a dupe).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an image large enough to trigger the "Resize images to fit browser
window behaviour"
2. Zoom in on the image
3. Zoom out on the image
4. Make the browser window that large that it wouldn't trigger the "Resize
images to fit browser window behaviour" behaviour

Result: 
The (-) magnifying glass remains (even though the image doesn't trigger the
resize behaviour anymore)

Is this fallout from bug 189982 or bug 197263? I suspect the latter... but, then how did it break in Firefox 1.0.x?  Did the first bug fix it and the second re-break it?  Or did it never work?
