"Page Setup" in File menus (in browser, Source view, etc.) should be "Page
Properties" or "File Options" as it's not a setting up job.

I really doubt we're going to change this. It's the default name on almost 
every Windows application, and all this would do would confuse users -- 
something that we don't want to do.
