301576 - New bookmarks, folders and separators are created in the wrong place on the bookmarks toolbar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Right click somewhere on the toolbar and select "New Separator".
2. The new seperator should appear left or right of that bookmark (or within
that folder).
3. Right click just beyond the last bookmark on the toolbar and select "New
Separator".

After this the new separator is created in the same place as the last one was. I
would expect that it should be created at the end of the toolbar where you clicked.

This also happens with new folders and bookmarks and it doesn't seem to matter
which you create in step 1.

WFM. The separator is always created on the left side of the bookmarks-item I
clicked on.
