User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 In three of my last four attempts to download updates to firefox or thunderbird, the download has "completed" with only a fraction of the file actually downloaded. The manager window reports "2.1M remaining" or whatever, the data is flowing, and abruptly we are "done", with a defective file as the result. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on "download thunderbird" 2."save to disk" 3.Wait for it to fail. Actual Results: I got 2.1 out of 5.8 meg in the file Expected Results: It should have downloaded the file correctly. It doesn't make sense in any case for the manager to report that half the file is left to download and then abruptly think it is done. I am using a dialup connection with typical connect speed of 28.8
