Then name of the Thunderbird application has changed from "Thunderbird.app" to
"thunderbird.app" between 1.0.2 and 1.0.5/6. This seems to break some shortcuts
(Dock shortcuts for example).

Expected Results:  
Name of the app should be first initial capitalized ("Thunderbird.app")
