FireFox (1.0.4 and 1.0.6) come up to a white browser. All menus are displayed
as text (Times New Roman) and are "squished" together. The vertical and
horizontal scrollbars are missing. Popup menus are black and therefore rendered
unusable. Firefox will operate in SafeMode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open FireFox!
2.
3.

Actual Results:
See the "Details" section

Expected Results:
Displayed Firefox's browser window normally. My hunch is that it has something
to do with a theme but I don't have a clue as to how to fix the problem.
If Firefox works in safe mode but not in regular mode, you need to go into safe
mode, disable or uninstall your themes and extensions, and then restart.
