This happens consistently. When I installed the latest nightly build and loaded
 http://www.dotproject.org/ I noticed that the website looks different in 1.0.x
vs 1.1 nightlies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up http://www.dotproject.org/ in 1.0.6
2. Load up http://www.dotproject.org/ in the nightly
3. Compare the results.



Actual Results:  
The right hand column in the nightly takes most of the screen width.

Expected Results:  
It should look the same as 1.0.x?

confirmed: I am seeing this on Windows, Mac and Linux Deer Park builds

In 1.0.6 and 1.7.10 this works correctly.

Note that "it works in 1.0.6" doesn't necessarily mean that "it doesn't work in
1.0+" is a problem :). Many layout changes have been made, some right, some wrong.

In any case, what this really needs is a minimized testcase that can isolate
what the difference is between the builds, and a regression range.

I'll see if I can find a regression range.

This is sort of minimized, but not entirely.
I think I know the cause of this bug. 
The issue is only seen when in standards mode and with this attribute: 
nowrap="nowrap" in here.

So I think this is an intended consequence of the fix for bug 277232.
