See Bug 301672 for work to make us use a "." as a seperator.

This should make output from a page of "Gecko_DOM_Reference:window.open:page1"
output the following (using [[foo]] to represent what are links)

[[Main Page]] > [[Gecko_DOM_Reference]] > [[window]].[[open]] > page1

This may end up a WONTFIX issue. (as in unwanted), but filing for now anyway.
