The current "Add Bookmark" dialog is horrible.  It's like somebody did not give
the developer enough money to purchase enough screen real estate.  This is such
an important part of any web browser I do not understand why it is so poor. 
IE's "Add Favorite" dialog, while not ideal, is much better.

Suggested Improvement for the "Bookmark This Page" Dialog

1 - It should open a resizable treeView of all my bookmarks.  
2 - By default, these book marks should be automatically alphabetically sorted.
3 - It should be easy to create new folders.

The bookmarks dialog is resizable and it remembers its last size, IE doesnt.
Clicking the button will bring up the tree view unfortunatly the window doesnt
remember this state.
The bookmarks are shown in the order they are in your bookmarks, this makes more
sense to me than a different order. If you want to sort your own bookmarks you can.
The "New Folder..." button seems the most simple way to create a new folder to me.

A simple improvement would be to remove the little down arrow that requires an
extra mouse-click to see the treeView.  Or persist the expanded state to
remember the user's preference

I realize you can manually select an alphabetically sort.  It never made sense
to me why alphabetical sort is not the default behavior.  I would hate to have
to manually sort the Windows File Exporer every time I wanted to locate a file
folder.

Again, persisting the expanded state would be a nice and simple improvement.  I
guess that is my main usability issue.

I'm going to dupe this to bug 228582 for persisting the tree view, I hope that
does get in. Having it open all the time was decided against in bug 242626.

For the sorting issue, there are a few bugs that were denied for similar
circumstances, like bug 282170.

Please reopen if you disagree.
