301747 - URL textbox in open location dialog is wrong height (seems small, cramped)

Description

The textbox used to enter URLs in the Open Location dialog seems to be
vertically cramped on w32 and linux, but appears OK in macos (screenshots to be
attached).

To reproduce:
1. Hide navigation toolbar
2. Press Ctrl/Apple+L to get the "Open Location" dialog

the dropdown menu appears a bit small vertically, but it doesn't hide or resize
any text for me. Mark WFM?

Additionally, I cannot view attachment 190163 [details], the Linux screenshot. I get:

The image “https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=190163” cannot be
displayed, because it contains errors.
