The page referenced above uses dropdown menus, implimented by manipulating
background-images with the CSS hover: tag.  Often, after using the menus several
times, lines of text that had been partially-overlapped by the menus become blurred.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Play with the menus at http://web.swissnex.org; sooner or later, the text on
the page (NOT the menu text) will become blurred.

The text became blurred.

Expected Results:  
The text should not have blurred.
