After upgrading to 1.06 I am unable to drag plain text links onto the location
bar.  The drag and drop cursor shows up, but the text is not placed into the
textbox.  I find it hard to believe that this isn't a duplicate, but I searched
for 20 minutes before filing!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a plain text URL (not a link) from a web page
2.Drag it to the location bar
3.Drop it

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Placed the text in the location bar and gone to the URL
