Details

Currently the prefwindow dialog can have multiple preference panes regardless of
whether it is top level or a child prefwindow. Child prefwindows should not have
multiple panes, this is a bad UI concept and should not be allowed to happen.

The prefwindow docs on developer.mozilla.org should be updated to clearly state
this so noone starts abusing the feature now.
