Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6

The default size of the extension manager in 1.0.6 is that, if you have more
than around 4 extensions, you don't see the scroll bar to see the extensions
which are further down the list. You can easily resize the extension manager
window, but the scroll bar is only seen if the width of the manager is a certain
width.- Seee attached screenshots.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install around 5 extensions
2. Open extension manager
3. Resize the window

Actual Results:
The scroll bar is only seen if the window is a certain width, and not seen at
all in the windows default size.

Expected Results:
The extension manager window should be set at default width to show the scroll
bar, and the scroll bar should be seen regardless of window width - even
including a possible horizontal scroll bar when the window is too small (which
it is as default).
