With example site and all other sites used, printing command yields only one
page regardless of how many pages should be there.  Checked against results in
Mac - I.E. and Safari.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access any site page that should require multiple pages to print
2. Print using Print command OR using Print Preview (results same)
3.
Actual Results:  
Always, only one page is printed.

Expected Results:  
Minimum:  To print all pages as displayed
Ideal: To provide a true print preview, at least as good as I.E.'s or better

1.0.6 kinda works... MapQuest... only prints page 1 header, full page two, page
three header...

I can definitely confirm this is a problem with Mapquest, Deer Park Alpha 2 and
OS X 10.4.2. Sometimes the first page will be cut off on the bottom. For me, it
was always printing two pages, with the second page completely blank (although
it did print header and footer information - page 1 of 2, etc.) In all cases,
the directions would not print correctly, whereas they did with Safari.

Printer is an Epson 740.

The issue with MapQuest is bug 274424.
