All attemtps of download resulting in the same doc. No exe found.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ask for download, successfully completed according to browser message 
2. excell file extension .org appears "document binaire microsoft excel"
3. no possibility to run it anyhow

Actual Results:  
nothing else than the opening of an excel sheet with random data

Expected Results:  
run an exe file ... install firefox !

First of all this is not a support forum.
To answer your question fast: Internet Explorer seems to have serious problems
downloading the file, so use another application. Like Safari or curl

But you will in no way get a .exe file. That is a Windows executable file
extension, while you try to download the Mac OS X version.
