301934 - Can't set collect addresses or allow remote images address book preferences

In the new preferences dialog, for both the options "Automatically add outgoing
email addresses to my: " and "Allow remote images if the sender is in my:" don't
allow you to select which address book you require - they are "stuck" on the
personal address book.

If you select the drop down you get a thin line and no address book options. The
xul code looks similar to SeaMonkey (which works), so I've no idea what is wrong.

Also, when the check boxes are unchecked, we should disable the drop-down from
use, in the same way as the ldap directory server preferences.
