Opening links from within Thunderbird hijacks open browser windows on the 
desktop rather than opening a new window.   This cause significant problems 
when the window being hijacked is in mid-task.



Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Should always open in a _blank target.
Reporter, a preference for that exists in Tools->Options->Tabs if you're running
Deer Parl Alpka 2.

this works as provided by Deer Park
