Steps to reproduce this error:
1)  Launch mozilla web browser
2)  Navigate to URL: http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/thinkpad/tseries_byo.html
    Note the animated/rotating notebook computer at the top of page
3)  Open a second browser Tab (Ctrl-T) and view that tab

Expected result:
The new tab is a clean page with no rendered content

Error result:
The animated/rotating notebook is displayed on the new tab.  Even if you
navigate to a new page the notebook animation is overlaid on top, obscuring the
content.

Error result:
The animated/rotating notebook from the page in Tab1 is displayed on the new
tab.  Even if you navigate to a new page the notebook animation is overlaid on
top, obscuring the content.  If you open more tabs, they all display this animation.
