Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag a separator on the bookmarks toolbar to an empty space or the textbox on
http://www.google.com/.

Result: "drop here" cursor.

Expected: "no drop" cursor.
for our textboxes this has been fixed in bug 429495, not for content textboxes though
Depends on: 429495
This also applies for the following elements and probably others:
* Homepage / New window icon
* Proxy icon (favicon)
* All elements inside the content area (buttons, textboxes, ...)

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.

Just tested in latest Firefox Nightly (60.0), and you can't drag a separator to a text box in content, nor to the url bar / tab bar.

Hence calling this WFM.
