Details

All pop-up controls, such as pop-up menus and the pop-up colo pickers in the
"preferences" dialog, require an extra click to make them responsive.  For example:

1. Click the control
2. The control does not respond to mouse movement
3. Click again anywhere (the click does not actually do anything)
4. Now the control *does* respond to mouse movement and clicks
I'm unable to reproduce this using today's NS6 verification build, on MacOS 8.6.

sufficient information to reproduce.
