301980 - Show Update History Doesn't Work

I just pulled down an update for DP Alpha 2 and restarted DP.  I went to the
Show Update History and it says "no updates installed yet".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab a (nightly) update by going to Tools> Options> Advanced> Update Tab>
Check Now button in the Deer Park section and accept the update
2. After starting the browser again go to Tools> Options> Advanced> Update Tab>
Show Update History button


Actual Results:  
It tells me "No updates installed yet"

Expected Results:  
It should tell me that I have installed an update

It might be.  If I could get a version transistion update then we would know.
I'm don't know how I could get a version transistion update or even exactly what
defines one.

What part of these User-Agent strings would be considered a version transistion
update?

yeah, i believe this is just a duplicate of adding logging for non-version
transitions.
