The page is not rendered properly. Not sure about the cause.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the URL in latest mozilla firefox.
2.Can see the page which is not rendered properly
3.Compare the o/p with IE6 rendering.

Actual Results:  
Improperly rendered page is displayed (layouts collapsed)

Expected Results:  
can see it in IE6
